Director – Legal
Born and raised in Montreal, John obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University and his LL.B. from the University of Ottawa. He joined an international staffing firm in 2000 and specialized in the placement of lawyers, support staff and patent agents in permanent positions. John became the company’s top legal recruiter in Canada and occupied the positions of staffing manager, Division Director, and Vice President.
John joined LRO in 2015 where he continues his work as a recruiter and is the Director of the Legal Search team. John provides the same thorough service to all of his candidates whether they are entry level legal assistants, associates or partners. His private practice clients include sole practitioners, mid-sized, large and international law firms. He also works regularly on numerous in-house mandates.
