Born in Mississauga and raised in Cambridge, JP holds a post-graduate degree in CyberSpace Security from Georgian College. With a background in technology recruitment spanning over two decades, JP brings a wealth of experience to his role.
He began his career as a consultant for an international staffing firm, eventually transitioning to internal roles such as Recruiting Manager, Division Director, Corporate Trainer, Branch Manager, Director of Permanent Services, and Vice President. Throughout his career, JP has cultivated expertise in technology recruitment, specializing in permanent placements for CIOs, VPs, and Technology Managers across various domains including software, IT operations, networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
In 2024, JP joined LRO Staffing as Director of Technology for the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Leveraging his extensive background, JP is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients and candidates alike, now at a smaller, more localized level. His commitment to excellence and industry knowledge make him a trusted advisor in the IT recruitment landscape.
