After graduating from Ryerson University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Commerce (concentrating in Global Management and Human Resources Management), Kim spent the beginning stages of her career in the transportation industry where she was able to experience many aspects of the business including hiring, onboarding, training and much more. Passionate about people and helping them find the right fit, Kim made the decision to join LRO Staffing so she could better focus on what she loved most – recruitment!
